Christopher R. Wagner has in excess of 17 years experience in various energy-related banking, corporate finance and advisory roles. Prior to founding Rivington, Chris was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Shenandoah Energy Inc., a privately held energy company focused on the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. From 1993 to 1999, Chris was employed by ING Baring LLC in New York, ultimately holding the position of Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Natural Resources Group. Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics. |

Scott A. Logan brings more than 10 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, corporate finance and advisory roles within the oil and gas industry. Prior to founding Rivington, Scott was with McDonald Investment's Energy Investment Banking Group focusing on public equity issuances and sell-side M&A assignments. Prior to joining McDonald, Scott was an Assistant Vice President with BankBoston's Energy & Utilities Group. Scott began his career as an Associate in the Natural Resources Group of ING Baring LLC in 1997. Scott graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1991 with a B.A. in History, and the University of Denver in 1997 with an M.S. in Finance. |

J Silva brings more than 12 years of experience in auditing and consulting services within the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Rivington in February 2003, J was an audit manager for Arthur Andersen LLP where he concentrated primarily on a variety of public and private oil and gas clients in Colorado and Texas. J graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993 with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting. |

Dan Foley brings 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining RCA, Mr. Foley was Chief Financial Officer of Rancher Energy Corp., responsible for accounting and financial functions for that Denver-based publicly-traded oil and gas company. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Foley was Treasurer of Aspect Energy in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for all financial functions and information technology. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Foley was Senior Vice President--Corporate Finance at Mission Resources Corporation in Houston, Texas, where he was responsible for corporate activities in financial markets, corporate mergers & acquisitions, and other financial functions. Dan has received an M.B.A in Finance with distinction from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. & Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Rice University, Houston, Texas.

Gabe Ellisor brings more than twelve years of experience in energy-related commercial and investment banking activities. Prior to joining Rivington in July 2008, Gabe was employed with BNP Paribas’ Energy Finance Group in Houston, where he originated, structured and closed a wide array of oil and gas financings, including highly structured transactions and institutional term debt. Gabe graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. in Finance. |

DeaAnna L. Dragoo Business Manager; DeaAnna has more than 8 years of office administration experience with various companies in multiple industries. Prior to joining Rivington, DeaAnna was the head Client Service Administrator, and Telecomm Specialist for 3 years at HQ Global Workplaces. She specialized in client relations, project management and administrative support for numerous executive level clients. She was also responsible for telecommunications and technical support for the center. Before relocating to the Denver area, DeaAnna worked as the executive assistant at Call and Associates, an accounting firm in Greeley, Colorado. She handled office management, client bookkeeping, client and internal taxes and payroll. DeaAnna is currently pursuing a B.S. in Interior and KB Design..

Julie J. Sady, Administrative Assistant, brings over 7 years of experience in administrative support to the Rivington team. Prior to joining Rivington, Julie provided administrative assistance and was receptionist to Anderson & Travis, LLC, based in Colorado Springs. Before relocating to Colorado, she worked for Brown, Dean, Wiseman, Liser, Proctor and Hart, LLC, a civil law firm in Fort Worth, TX. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington before relocating to Colorado and will be pursuing her degree in Business Management. |

Robert D. Wagner, Jr. brings over 37 years of experience in investment and commercial banking, originating and executing financial arrangements across all finance products bank, bond, equity and M&A. For the past 27 years, Bob has focused on the oil and gas businesses, specifically, exploration and production, refining, natural gas midstream, and oilfield service and supply. Bob was a Managing Director with deal origination and execution responsibilities at Arthur Andersen, Bankers Trust/BT Alex. Brown, and First City Houston over this period and had additional responsibilities in equity research and in loan workouts for certain periods of time as well. He has a Masters Degree in Finance from New York University and was an infantry platoon leader in the USMC, prior to beginning his career in finance. |

Harold R. Logan, Jr. is currently Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, Director and Founder of National Energy Resources Acquisition Co. Since 2002, Mr. Logan has served as an independent consultant in the energy industry. Mr. Logan was a co-founder of TransMontaigne Inc., and from 1995 through 2002, he was the chief financial officer, executive vice president and treasurer and a director. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Logan was senior vice president/finance and a director of Associated Natural Gas Corporation. Associated Natural Gas Corporation. Prior to joining Associated Natural Gas Corporation, Mr. Logan was with Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and Rothschild, Inc. Mr. Logan is chairman of the board of supervisors of Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE:SPH); a director of Graphic Packaging Corporation (NYSE:GPK); and a director of Hart Energy Publishing LLC, a private company that publishes the Oil and Gas Investor magazine and other energy publications. Mr. Logan was also formerly a director of The Houston Exploration Company (NYSE:THX); Santa Fe Snyder Corporation; Snyder Oil Corporation; and Union Bank & Trust Co.. Mr. Logan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1966 and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in 1970. |
